How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our comprehensive size guide which considers height, weight, and chest measurements. Since HUUB wetsuits are designed for a performance fit, if you are between sizes, we typically suggest sizing up for comfort or staying true to size for a competitive, tight fit.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
How should I care for my HUUB triathlon suit?
To ensure longevity, rinse your suit in fresh cold water after every use to remove chlorine or salt. Avoid direct sunlight when drying, never tumble dry, and do not use harsh detergents or bleach.
Do you offer a warranty on your technical equipment?
Yes, all HUUB products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, such as fingernail tears in neoprene or general wear and tear from regular training.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 7-14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is confirmed, we are usually unable to make changes. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team immediately, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once the picking process has started.
